Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Pumpilot expects to collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the website, app, wallet connection flow, X connection flow, token launch workflows, campaign drafting tools, support surfaces, and related services.

Pumpilot currently assumes no analytics, no marketing pixels, and no tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy should be updated before those tools are enabled.

Information you provide

You may provide prompts, campaign instructions, token names, tickers, descriptions, image directions, approval choices, budget settings, support messages, and other content you choose to enter into the service.

The contact page currently contains a UI-only form. Until a backend is connected, that form should not send, store, or process submissions.

Wallet and blockchain data

Pumpilot may process public wallet addresses, wallet connection status, transaction IDs, launch status, spend-limit settings, and other public or user-approved blockchain-related data needed to operate the product.

Public blockchain data may be visible to anyone and may remain available permanently. Pumpilot cannot delete or alter public blockchain records.

X account and campaign data

If you connect an X account, Pumpilot may process connection status, account identifiers such as handle or user ID, authorization scopes, scheduled campaign data, drafts, post history relevant to the workflow, opt-out or pause settings, and operational logs needed to provide the integration.

Pumpilot should request only the permissions needed for the product and should respect disconnect, pause, and opt-out controls where technically available.

Usage and security data

Pumpilot may collect app usage and security information such as device/browser metadata, IP address, timestamps, error logs, authentication events, abuse signals, rate-limit events, and product interactions needed to operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.

Pumpilot may use this information to prevent fraud, enforce terms, protect users, troubleshoot incidents, and maintain product reliability.

How information is used

Pumpilot may use information to provide launch workflows, generate drafts, schedule or prepare campaign content, maintain wallet and account connections, enforce spend and review settings, provide support, improve product quality, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

Pumpilot does not treat AI-generated output as private legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Users should review all outputs before using them.

How information is shared

Pumpilot may share information with service providers that help operate hosting, infrastructure, authentication, wallets, messaging, AI, security, support, and other product functions.

Pumpilot may share information with third-party platforms when needed to provide integrations you request, such as wallet providers, blockchain networks, Pump.fun-related workflows, or X-related workflows. Pumpilot may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce terms, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

No tracking by default

The planned default posture is no analytics cookies, no advertising pixels, and no behavioral retargeting. Essential technical storage may still be used if needed for authentication, security, wallet connection, product preferences, or session operation.

If analytics, pixels, or non-essential cookies are added later, Pumpilot should update this policy and add consent or opt-out flows where required.

Retention

Pumpilot should retain information only as long as needed for product operation, legal compliance, dispute resolution, security, backup, and legitimate business purposes. Some logs and backups may persist for a limited period after deletion requests.

Public blockchain records and third-party platform records are outside Pumpilot control and may remain available even if Pumpilot deletes local records.

Security

Pumpilot should use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate for the nature of the service. No method of transmission, storage, wallet connection, smart-contract interaction, or third-party integration is perfectly secure.

Users are responsible for securing their wallets, devices, passwords, X accounts, private keys, seed phrases, and approvals.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Pumpilot should provide a reasonable way to submit such requests before launch.

You may disconnect wallet or X integrations through the product or through third-party account controls where available. Disconnecting may limit product functionality.

Children

Pumpilot is not intended for children under 18. Pumpilot should not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

Pumpilot may update this Privacy Policy as the product, data practices, laws, or third-party platform requirements change. Updated policies will be posted with a new effective date.
